1

Acceptance of Terms and Applicability

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mazda2 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the mazda2 platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and mazda2 ("Platform"). They apply to all users accessing this platform from Malaysia or any other location. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Continued use of the mazda2 platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. mazda2 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically.

2

Account Creation and User Security

To access the full mazda2 service, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. mazda2 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify the mazda2 support team immediately at [email protected].

Mazda2 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time as part of the platform's security procedures. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification process is complete. Users who provide false information during registration or the KYC process will have their accounts permanently closed.

3

User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

As a mazda2 user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:

  • Using automated software or methods (bots, scripts, or third-party tools) to access, scrape, or manipulate the mazda2 platform without written authorisation;
  • Committing any form of fraud, including misrepresentation of identity, credit card fraud, or manipulation of the payment system;
  • Colluding with other users to game the bonus system or exploit platform vulnerabilities;
  • Uploading or distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or in violation of any applicable Malaysian law;
  • Using your mazda2 account for money laundering or any other illegal activities.

Mazda2 reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against any user who violates these rules, including reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

4

Payments, Transactions, and MYR Currency

All financial transactions on the mazda2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. mazda2 accepts a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, and direct bank transfers.

All deposits are processed in real time or within the timeframe stated on the payments page. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe set by the system based on the chosen method, subject to successful identity verification. mazda2 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal deemed suspicious pending the outcome of an investigation.

For bonuses and promotional offers, rollover requirements and validity periods are as stated on the relevant promotions page. Early withdrawal before rollover requirements are met will result in the cancellation of any remaining bonus balance. mazda2 is not responsible for any payment delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

Liability Limits, Account Suspension, and Intellectual Property

Mazda2 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, mazda2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, data loss, or business disruption. Users access the mazda2 platform at their own risk.

Account Policy: Suspension and Closure

Mazda2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity. Any balance in an account suspended for a breach will not be refunded. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through customer support, and any valid balance will be returned once all verification requirements have been met.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
